Jucy Snooze in Christchurch has 270 beds for backpackers and travellers looking for a place to rest and then explore. And they all have big bags that had to be stored somewhere. Jucy dedicated a room which meant lost revenue, extra staff management time and an insecure storage offer. In other words, a bit of a costly shambles.
Elocker installed 20 lockers and a terminal that spoke eight languages and which accepts credit cards from around the world. Working closely with the Jucy marketing team, we designed and decalled the lockers to provide an aesthetic but practical addition to Jucy's customer offering.
